I love Fish and nothing better than to be minimal with my mix. Smoked Paprika is a flavour that sets the tone. Sea Bass is so so quick to fry and its light texture really works with the courgettes chip peas and peppers and sundried tomatoes.
The sun is shining and its Lemons and limes all the way home :)
