The cakes (when raw) start green and always look great when you pull them out pre fry in front of the guests.

These little tiny bites are a fantastic starter. Especially if you plan to have your maximum 6 family members over for the Christmas celebrations.

Here's my version of the ingredients, though I have added my additional ginger and fresh birds-eyes:

Prawn

Garlic

Ginger

Coriander

Chilli

Panko Breadcrumbs

Baking powder
