I remember when my Mom used to make this when we had special visitors as a snack along with other things. My Dad would always get his (village made alcohol drink using sap from palm trees) aka "Toddy". Dad had only a very small port glass, my god this was so strong he only needed one :)

Just like making burgers only smaller

• Ball up the ingredients Chillie, coriander, gram dhal, cumin seed, garlic

• Make the balls up using your hands

• Shallow fry

• A massive drizzle of lemon

Make up some yoghurt dips

Not my Dads "Toddy" but something far more accompanied. A drink equally as spicey using Tequila, lime juice, Coriander, chilli-pepper, Agave syrup and ice.
